Eco Ceramica exhibits at Cersaie 2021

Cersaie , the most important trade fair international ceramics and bathroom furnishings organized by Confindustria Ceramica , was again held in its on-site version from 27 September to 1 October at the Bologna Fair. More than 600 exhibiting companies from 28 different countries exhibited their products in the 15 halls of the BolognaFiere exhibition center. This number confirms the worldwide interest in this event. In fact, Eco Ceramica will also preview all its new collections at Cersaie in Hall No. 26 at Stand B87. Among the new collections to be released we remember both artistic decorated tiles such as Origine Ceramica, Metallica , Italian Majolica and Terra Madre and modern porcelain stoneware floors such as Melange and Petram .

The 38th appointment with Cersaie included a rich program of events and initiatives , all carried out safely according to the ministerial regulations in force .

THE EVENTS AND INITIATIVES OF CERSAIE

The inauguration of Cersaie took place on September 27th at 10:45 am with the traditional ribbon cutting in the presence of important local institutional figures. The initiatives within the Cersaie 2021 program were of various types:

The appointments with the cultural program Building, Living, Thinking are dedicated to architecture and design. These conferences hosted internationally renowned architects and designers from all over the world in order to present their projects and their vision of contemporary architecture. The historian of architecture Fulvio Irace for example was the moderator of the conference on Thursday 30 September at the Palazzo dei Congressi of BolognaFiere. Odile Decq and Benedetta Tagliabue instead described their most recent projects to rediscover colors, symbols and light after the darkness of the lockdown. Renzo Piano, on the other hand, told us about his projects in the suburbs of Italian cities.

The events of the Cafè della Stampa have the aim of creating a meeting point between the directors of the main publishing houses and leading exponents of architecture and design. These are informal conversations on various topics: from contemporary architectural design to female creativity, to the theme of design and bathroom furnishings.

Another interesting initiative is certainly Archicont (r) ac t : a new space dedicated to networking between producers, designers, real estate and contract clients and customers. In particular, ten of the most prestigious architectural firms on the world scene present in this contact space.

During the events of Città della Pose instead, techniques and regulations that designers and installers must know for professional installation were explained.

The appointments of Cersaie designs your home , the event during which the designers of the most important Italian interior designs offer free design advice and consultancy to private visitors wishing to renovate or buy casa.

The ADI Ceramics & Bathroom Design Award awarded the most innovative Italian products in the field of ceramics and bathroom furnishings. The award ceremony was held on 29 September at 14:30 in the Contract Hall - Hall 18.

CERSAIE DIGITAL

New in this 38th edition of Cersaie is the online digital platform of the fair: Cersaie Digital .

This tool not only allows visitors and exhibiting companies to maximize the result of their days at Cersaie, but also guarantees the participation of those who cannot visit the fair in person. The platform was online from 20 September to 8 October: 3 weeks to acquire new knowledge in the world of architecture and to make contact with the numerous companies at the fair.

On the Cersaie Digital page dedicated to Eco Ceramica it was in fact possible to preview the products exhibited at the fair.
