Yes, of course! Terracotta is a natural material that has been used for both indoor and outdoor environments for thousands of years. It is valued for its warm and traditional aesthetics, as well as its inherent strength.
Our rigorous technical tests confirm that terracotta is highly resistant to extreme weather conditions. In particular, freeze-thaw resistance tests (UNI EN 1344 - App. C) show that the material remains unaltered even after 100 exposure cycles between -15°C and +15°C, guaranteeing exceptional stability even in the presence of temperature changes.
In addition, tiles from our ECOLOGICAL BIO line are treated with a special finish that further enhances their performance, making them completely frost-resistant. Calculating the amount of tile needed for your project is simple and critical to avoid mistakes or delays. Follow these steps:
Measure the area to be covered:
Take a tape measure and measure the length and width of the area to be tiled.
Multiply the two measurements to get the total square meters (for example, a 4 m x 3 m room = 12 m²).
Consider a safety margin:
Add a margin of 10-15% to the calculated square meters. This allowance is important for:
▪ Cuts and adjustments along edges or corners.
▪ Future replacements in case of damage or wear.
Example: For a 12 sq. m. area, add 10-15% allowance: 12 sq. m. × 1.10 = 13.2 sq. m. (round up to 13.5 sq. m. for safety).
The main difference between porcelain stoneware and cotto lies in the materials and production processes, which give each product unique characteristics.
Porcelain tile is a technical and durable material obtained by pressing and firing a mixture of clays and minerals at high temperatures. It is valued for its versatility, wide range of finishes, and ability to adapt to different styles and environments, both indoor and outdoor.
Cotto, on the other hand, is a traditional, handcrafted material made from natural clays and fired at low temperatures. Ordering a sample is easy and allows you to closely evaluate the quality and design of our tiles. Here's how it works for different product categories:

◦ Add the sample to the cart and follow the wizard to complete the order.
◦ Sample cost: €4.50 + shipping cost.
◦ Benefit: The cost of the sample will be refunded to you in the form of a voucher code, to be used in your next purchase.
2. Handcrafted Tiles (Artistic Decorated Tiles):
◦ For this category you must request a no-obligation quote by clicking on the appropriate dedicated button on the product page.
◦ Indicate the desired quantity for your hypothetical project and submit the request.
◦ You will receive our best offer and, if interested, we will guide you through the process of ordering a custom sample.

SHIPPING
Delivery time varies by product:
Products that can be purchased online in porcelain tiles (prompt delivery): 3-4 working days.
Handcrafted natural or glazed terracotta tiles (made to order): 5-7 working days if in stock or 3-4 weeks in case of production.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the order is shipped.
Yes, we ship throughout Europe and to many other international destinations.

To find out the shipping costs, simply follow these simple steps:
1. Add products to cart: Select the desired tiles and indicate the quantity (some tiles are sold by the square meter and others by the piece). The unit of measure is indicated on the product page.
2. Access the cart: In the cart section, you will find a dedicated field to enter your delivery address.
3. Automatic calculation: The system will automatically calculate shipping costs based on the destination, weight, and volume of your order.
Shipping costs may vary based on several factors:
- Delivery location: Domestic shipping rates are different than international shipping rates.
- Package weight and size: Larger or bulkier orders may incur additional charges. On average, one MQ of tile weighs 22/23 KG. Consider that all of our shipments will be delivered on pallets and packed carefully.

When you receive your shipment, it is important to follow a few simple steps to ensure that your order arrived in perfect condition:
Check the packaging:
Check the packaging for any obvious signs of damage, such as cracks, holes or dents.
Also pay attention to any signs of tampering.
Accept with reservation if necessary:
If you notice defects in the packaging or have doubts about the integrity of the contents, accept the delivery with reservation.
This means signing the courier's receipt specifying "reserve to check contents."
Accepting with reservation is essential to be able to request a refund or replacement in case of damage.
Report any problems:
After accepting with reservation, check the contents of the shipment as soon as possible.
If you find damage, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) providing photos of the package and damaged products.
⚠️ Important Note: If you do not accept the shipment with reservation and the contents are found to be damaged, we will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company and replacement will not be possible.

The prices of our products vary according to type. For the categories "Porcelain Stoneware Modern Flooring" and "Promotions," the price may be quoted per square meter or per piece, depending on the specific unit of measurement of the product.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the products are delivered undamaged and in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To avoid problems, we recommend purchasing a sample of the product to make sure it is to your liking.
Once we receive the return we will issue a refund as specified on the terms and conditions page.
